I would like to give you some examples of slang words that I believe you guys
ever heard of these slangs but well SOME of you didn’t know what’s the meaning
before.

first you need to know what slang word is? Slang word is unofficial (tidak
resmi) word that were made by a bunch of people, same like in Indonesia, di
Indonesia kita juga punya bahasa gaul seperti gue, elu, dll. Yup slang juga
sekiranya seperti itu. That’s what I think ._.v
i don’t know why I
really love slang words ._. it’s makes me so “gaul” lol. but I realize that
slang words isn’t a good words to say, but you need to know!!!
~These are some commonly-used American slang~
1.)
Groovy : Pleasant (enak didengar)
Ex : “the song was very groovy!”
2.) Gross : Disgusting (jijik/jorok)
Ex : “how could you like that stuff? It’s really gross.”
3.) Goofy : Silly (konyol)
Ex : “what a goofy joke!”
4.) Gig : Job (pekerjaan/urusan)
Ex : “sorry, I have a lot of gig. I’ll help you later.”
5.) Drag : Boring (membosankan)
Ex : “what a drag movie!”
6.) Deep pockets : A good source of money (banyak uang)
Ex : “he’s really deep pockets, he can buy all what he wants.”
7.) Couch potato : Lazy person
Ex : “he had been called couch potato, because he never did his homework.”
8.) Cram : Study hard
Ex : “we need to cram for the national exams.”
9.) All-nighter : Begadang untuk belajar
Ex : “she did all-nighter before the test.
10.) Beat : Exhausted, Tired
Ex : “It was beat me.”
11.) Big Mouth : Talk to much
Ex : “shut up! You big mouth!”
12.) Bomb : Bad
Ex : “he’s so bomb.”
13.) Boo-boo : Mistake
Ex : “do it! Or you will get some boo-boo.”

Ex : “she had a bummer on the beach last week.”

Ex : “I need to catch some Z’s before this vacation.”
